Arthur P. Secord

Your Shipmate, Arthur Secord passed away Tuesday night, he just turned 100 years old! He was my mother's (Maggie Moreton) partner for 30 years. My children called him Grampa Art. I'm sure sure that you know Art and Maggie as they attended many USS Cleveland reunions. My condolences to his shipmates. I'm a navy vet, too, USS Constellation and USS Kitty Hawk. I have attached a picture of Art and I taken in July.

Shipmate you stand relieved.. we have the watch...

All the best,

Carroll Moreton
